Autism Services
We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve you and all our clients and families this past year. In 2021, we provided over 65,000 hours of services to over 1000 clients and families! We look forward to extending our impact by reopening our in-person services at our locations in Fairfield and Dublin in January 2022, followed by the roll-out of our hybrid service lines.
We’re proud to say that our myBrightlink family companion app continues to bring education, information and support
to parents and families year-round. MyBrightlink is a place to get connected with other parents through support groups, find real-life help with the IEP, or discover great new family-friendly activities. These curated crafts and groups are both structured to be virtual and even outdoor, if the weather’s nice!
As always, if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please get in touch with the Field Operations Scheduling Department at 925-266-8600 or [email protected]. We hope you have a wonderful holiday season and look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Kaleidoscope
This month we’re excited to share that Kaleidoscope has been on the go and in-person three days a week. At the beginning of December, both our Adventure and the Explorer groups were able to venture off to the Jelly Belly Factory and take this wonderful group photo!
These two groups really enjoyed learning how all the different candies get made at the factory, and it was a sweet treat for all our participants.
Over the past year, Kaleidoscope has enjoyed both fun and educational trips and working on our volunteer skills with our partners at Sunflower Hill Gardens. From performing community clean-ups at local parks to reaping the rewards of recreational activities like bowling, basketball, and nature walks—Kaleidoscope has had an incredibly productive and growth-filled year.
We are looking forward to more community activities in the coming new year and welcome any newcomers to our Walnut Creek or Dublin locations. If anyone you know might be interested in receiving adult day services, have them reach out to Zach Lupton at [email protected] to get started.

Early Intervention (EI)
We’re so excited to share with you the growth and expansion that our EI programs across Northern California have experienced this year. You were a big part of it! We served 608 clients ages 0–5, and we also began our ages 3–5 program in Lake County.
We’re proud to say that over 70% of our staff are bilingual Spanish speaking, which helps us to provide more inclusive services. In addition, we plan to continue to
diversify our EI teams further to meet the varied needs of our clients and their families.
As part of our work this past year, we also invested in ChildFind initiatives across Northern California to increase the awareness of Early Start services and developmental screening in our local communities. Looking ahead, we’re pleased to announce that we will be serving clients in Mendocino County and are in further conversation with additional regional centers across Northern California.
We look forward to supporting families with these much-needed services in 2022.
