With summer right around the corner, we want to remind our clients and families to notify the scheduling team of any upcoming schedule changes. It’s always helpful for your practitioners and scheduling team to know of any time-away, cancellations, or rescheduleswith as much advance notice as you can give.
Remember in last month’s newsletter when we shared the launch of direct communication with your scheduling team through our client companion app, myBrightlink? We’re happy to share that beginning July 1st, this feature will be made available to you! This new feature will let you exchange messages with your scheduling team, the same way you do with your ABA care team today. You’ll be able to send a quick, secure message directly to your schedulers to request information or notify them of any updates or changes! Check out the images here for a tip!

Kaleidoscope
As the Kaleidoscope group continues to grow, we want to ensure that all of our participants are having positive program experiences. We do this by splitting the groups into two — the Adventure Group and the Explorer Group — and rotating the members to create new opportunities for them to get to know different peers and staff, as well as have safer and more socially distant visits in the community. This month, the participants once again moved around and are enjoying the variety of interactions in their new groups!
With the heat of summer already beginning, we’d like to remind our families that we will change the daily plans for scheduled outdoor activities when the outdoor temperature is predicted to be above 90 degrees. All parents and caregivers will receive a notification that day as to what the participants will be doing. Please also be sure to pack plenty of fluids (water, sports drinks) and sunscreen for drop-off each day.
Kaleidoscope is still looking to grow! If you know an individual needing services or someone who would make a great fit on our team, please have them contact Zach Lupton at [email protected].
